How to Order Your DVD

Since I want to work with you to make this DVD a special memory for you, this process will be very individual, meaning email and phone calls will certainly be needed. I will need to get the text you want added to your show and check on the songs, and get the photos from you and work with you to make sure your DVD is everything your have dreamed it to be! The ordering process you find on this page is only the first step in starting your order, once you have placed your order, i will contact you for more info! Thanks

Step 1: Organize your photos:  For digital photos you can now upload your photos to an online album, emailing them to me (that might take a lot of time) or mail me a CD with all the pictures.

For your digital photos, make sure your photos are named by number in the order you want them displayed on your DVD (ie. 01,02,03…10, 11…). If you would like to add an item or photo between photos that are already numbered – just number it appropriately and add a letter after the number (ie. 03a, 03b).

For all other photos, and any scannable memorabilia, such as certificates, awards, etc. please put them in the order you want them on your DVD (number your photos by using a sticky pad or a pen on the back of each photo). 

Try to avoid photos which are blurry and photos with the subjects oriented near the top or the sides of the photo.  Avoid photos with severe damage (cracks, tears, moisture damage, ink marks, etc.).  With the photos you do provide to me, I will do my best to make them as presentable for your DVD as I possibly can.

Step 2:  Pick your music.  Make a list and let me know the artist and song title and I will purchase the songs for you.  Make sure you list the songs in the order you would like them played on your DVD.  The average song will work with approximately 20 photos.  If you would like to play the same song throughout the duration of the video, I can loop the song to play the entirety of the DVD production.

Step 3:  Order-  After you have all your photos and songs ready, use my easy ordering page. Payments are accepted through PayPal (Mastercard, VISA, Discover Card, American Express) Please call me or email me and I will email you an invoice to pay from.

When shipping your photos (CD or hard copy) make sure you put them in a zip-lock bag so that there is no risk of water damage during transit and also put the photos in a safe envelope.  You can write FRAGILE or DO NOT BEND on the envelope for added protection.  You can also purchase specialty photo envelopes.  Or it would be best to send your pictures in a small box to ensure they do not get damaged.  Ship photos/ CD's at your own risk. 

Once I receive your photos, expect to receive your DVD within the next 14 days, Once your order is complete, I will mail out your Photo DVD along with any of your originally submitted materials.  Once I ship your item(s) I will send you an e-mail notifying you of the completion and shipment.

Due to the time and labor involved in creating our DVD slideshows, payment in full is required before your  order is started and shipped back to you.

Major Credit Cards We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover thru Payal , PayPal accepts any major credit card or will accept payment via direct bank-to-bank draft. Once your full payment is confirmed, your order will be processed.

Money Order If you prefer to send your full payment in the form of a money order, you order will be processed as soon as the payment is received, with no delay.
